Principal’s Points:
We are wrapping up another grading period so please have your child get in all their work and corrections to finish strong! Next week we have some field trips after the big push to get ready for the Christmas program tomorrow night. Please see those in your child’s folder and sign and return them as some field trips are next Monday! Our fruit of the spirit, “kindness”, will be celebrated this Friday at our last chapel worship of the year along with our December birthdays. A fruit gift will go home too!

THANK YOU
Thank you so much, parents, for having your child(ren) in attendance at church this past weekend to sing for the worship service. What a fantastic job they did! Your commitment to making it possible for them to perform was such a blessing to all who were privileged to hear them sing, ring, and recite. Many thanks!

BIRTHDAY FRIDAY
Those with December birthdays will be recognized on Friday, December 13. A birthday treat will be provided for all students that day.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
We never know when the snow or ice will begin. Here are the guidelines for EAS regarding school closures due to inclement weather:
Watch WSPA channel 7 for potential school closings. EAS does not automatically follow Spartanburg County. There are times the county closes for reasons that do not apply to us. However, the safety of our students and families are always of utmost concern. If it is unsafe to be on the roads where you live, please remain at home where it is safe.
** If you need the services of the daycare, please also watch WSPA channel 7 for their daycare closings. The daycare may not necessarily coincide with our hours during inclement weather.

FUND RAISER FOR THE 7TH AND 8TH GRADERS:
Do you want a great cutlery product to give for the holidays with 20% off and 40% going to a good cause: the 7th and 8th graders? Well, go online to “RadaFundRaising.com” and order under our group: Eddlemon Adventist School. You’ll love the product and we’ll love you for helping!!
