Weekly Class Program Fee

This Program Fee includes a morning and afternoon snack and a vegetarian hot lunch. Full tuition payments are due in advance each Friday for the following week. Payments made after Friday for the following week will incur a late fee of 10% per child. During the school year (August through May), the full weekly fee is due even during a child’s absence (with the exception of the After School Program).

Drop-in Students (Spartanburg SDA Church members only)

Daily Fee $25.00 (non-refundable)
Hourly Fee $4.00 (Minimum charge of $4.00)

Availability for Drop-Ins is dependent upon the number of students in attendance for that classroom. Please call ahead to make arrangements.

Attendance 2 days or less in a week will be charged an hourly rate of $4.00 or daily rate of $25.00. Attendance 3 days or more in a week will be charged the full weekly fee. Payments for Drop-In students are due the first morning of the child’s attendance for that week.

A late fee of $3.00 will be charged for every 5 minutes a parent is late picking up their child after 6:00 p.m. for the first offense, $4.00 every 5 minutes for the second offense, and $5.00 every 5 minutes thereafter. Rates are subject to change.

A service charge of $25.00 will be charged for all returned checks (NSF). If the amount is not made good within 30 days, it will be sent to the magistrate court.
