EACDC After School Program

The EACDC After School Program is for children in grades K-5 and higher. Our program provides:

  • Christian environment
  • Homework assistance and completion
  • Light snack and drink
  • Age-appropriate materials and activities stimulating creativity
  • Exercise indoors and outdoors
  • Friendships
  • Full and half-day care during school holidays.

Drop-In Students

Drop-In Student Fees
Daily Fee $25.00 (non-refundable)
Hourly Fee $4.00 (Minimum charge of $4.00)

Availability for Drop-Ins is dependent upon the number of students in attendance for that classroom. Please call ahead to make arrangements.

Attendance 2 days or less in a week will be charged an hourly rate of $4.00 or daily rate of $25.00. Attendance 3 days or more in a week will be charged the full weekly fee. Payments for Drop In students are due the first morning of the child’s attendance for that week.

A late fee of $3.00 will be charged for every 5 minutes a parent is late picking up their child after 6:00 p.m. for the first offense, $4.00 every 5 minutes for the second offense, and $5.00 every 5 minutes thereafter. Rates are subject to change.

A service charge of $25.00 will be charged for all returned checks (NSF). If the amount is not made good within 30 days, it will be sent to the magistrate court.
